Jenny Mortsell: fabulous illustrator

I came across Jenny Mortsells work while surfing the internets today....so amazing! I love the realism she captures with a simple pencil. true talent.
Bio:

Jenny Mörtsell grew up in Stockholm, Sweden, and as a kid filled drawing pad after drawing pad with mostly horses, boys and shoes. Following high school she studied printmaking art, then graphic design and illustration taking a Masters degree in fine arts from Konstfack University in 2004. Since then Jenny has been balancing a busy roster of U.S. and European clients who have come to adore the style of her signature pencil drawings.

Black Swan

We saw Black Swan the other night and LOVED it....so much, i would watch it again :) Natalie Portman was AMAZING (as usual).

I came across this awesome Russian-propaganda-esque poster designed by La Boca- if i find out if/where these are being sold i will buy one in a heartbeat!

Hooray No.6 x UO!!

FINALLY! the time has come....No.6 highly coveted for their cutesy clogs, has collaborated with Urban Outfitters. For those of you who do not know by now, I used to work for UO (design) and right before I left, rumors floated around the office about a possible collab with the talented duo. Well, it is here, very small, and online now- hopefully there will be more...crossing my fingers for more clogs!
